Information, proposals and engagements

Website content is general information and may change. Submitting a brief, receiving a response or discussing an idea does not create a service agreement. Project scope, fees, timing, rights and responsibilities are confirmed separately in writing before work begins.

Your submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that information and links you submit are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical records or other highly sensitive information through the project form.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a confidential relationship or transfer ownership of your ideas or materials.
